This landscaping project is characterized by the creation of a buffer zone between the city and the forest, an edge market by the use of an ancient technique: the bocage. The project was requested by the cityhall: open a former privatly owned medieval forest to the public and understand how/much control and design the visitors movements in this zone to protect the existing fauna. By analysing the terrain on a macro scale; a master plan has been proposed with a minimal intervention to provide a solution for both the needs of the residents and the visitors, and the preservation of an healthy oak forest.
